Dispatch
Orders paid before 3pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after 3pm, or on a Sunday or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch follows receipt of payment, which for bank transfer is usually within the hour on a working day.
Delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no charge. Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery; it is not a guaranteed service, and Royal Mail's own timing applies. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Packaging
Vials are packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of a 24-hour postal service, so vials are not shipped on ice; the storage guidance on each product page applies from receipt. Bacteriostatic water and other solutions are packed to prevent breakage.
Batch numbers
The batch number of every vial is printed on its label and on the dispatch note, with a link to its certificate in the register.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, sealed, unopened vials in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods; contact us first for a returns reference, and send the parcel by a tracked service. Opened, punctured or reconstituted vials cannot be returned, because their condition cannot be verified.
If a vial arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, tell us within 7 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, including return postage.
Refunds are made to the bank account the payment came from, within 5 working days of the return being received.
