1. Who we are
Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd, trading as BuyUK Peptides ("we", "us"), is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17207898, registered office 131a Movers Lane, Barking, London IG11 7UQ. These terms govern every sale made through buyukpeptides.com.
2. Research use only
2.1 Every product we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not medicines, are not manufactured or presented as medicines, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration of any kind, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic application.
2.2 By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for laboratory research, that you have the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not use, or allow others to use, the products for any purpose other than in-vitro research.
2.3 We provide no information on dosing, administration or use in humans or animals, and we will not answer requests for it.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use this site or place an order. We may ask for evidence of age or of research use before accepting an order, and may decline any order at our discretion.
4. Orders and contract
4.1 An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before then for any reason, including where we have doubts about the intended use.
4.2 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. We may correct a pricing error before dispatch and will tell you if we do.
5. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer, using the account details and reference given at checkout. An order is dispatched after the payment is received. An order unpaid after 3 working days may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 to UK addresses only. Dispatch times are set out on the shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.
7. Certificates and specifications
7.1 Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory and its certificate of analysis is published in our register before the batch is sold. The specifications on a product page describe the batch currently shipping for that size.
7.2 Reference values such as CAS numbers, formulae and molecular weights are provided for identification and are drawn from public registries and the literature. We take care over them but do not warrant them beyond the batch certificate.
8. Cancellation and returns
8.1 You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
8.2 Sealed, unopened vials in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods, as set out on the shipping page. Opened, punctured or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.
8.3 Damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded, including return postage.
8.4 Where you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Storage and handling
You are responsible for storing and handling the products in accordance with the guidance on the product page and with good laboratory practice. We are not liable for degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery.
10. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of the products comply with all laws, regulations and institutional rules that apply to you, including any anti-doping rules to which you are subject.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 Subject to 11.1, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the products other than in-vitro laboratory research, and our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for it.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including the compound monographs and guides, is ours or licensed to us. You may quote it with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in the privacy notice.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
