What this certificate shows
Purity 99.77 %. Reversed-phase HPLC separates the contents of the vial by how they interact with the column, and a UV detector measures each peak. 99.77 % of the detected material in lot BK-26-0030 is the target peptide, Ipamorelin 10 mg; the remaining 0.23 % is made up of closely related sequences and synthesis by-products. Purity describes what the peptide portion is, not how much powder is in the vial.
Net peptide content 10.8 mg. The amount of peptide actually present in the tested vial, as opposed to the labelled size of 10 mg. Lyophilised powder also contains counter-ions and residual moisture, so net content is the figure to use when calculating concentrations.
How each figure is measured, and the limits a lot must meet before release, are set out in our testing methods. For in-vitro laboratory research only.
